The Adebayo Adebanji Adeyokunnu Foundation, also known as the Shepherd Foundation, has once again brought joy to public primary school pupils in Ilesa through its Children Christmas Outreach programme.

The two-day outreach, held on Monday and Tuesday this week, featured music, food, and the distribution of Christmas gifts to pupils across selected public primary schools in the town.

The initiative is aimed at putting smiles on the faces of children and sharing the spirit of love and giving during the Christmas season.

This year’s event marked the second edition of the Children Christmas Outreach organised by the foundation.

Speaking at the event, the coordinator, Pastor Mrs. Olusayo Adedigba, eulogised the founder of the foundation, Pastor Adebayo Adebanji Adeyokunnu, for his unwavering commitment to humanitarian service.

She noted that the foundation is driven by the message of love, compassion, and care for the less privileged, especially children.

According to her, the outreach reflects the foundation’s belief in nurturing young minds and ensuring that children from all backgrounds can experience the joy of Christmas, regardless of their social or economic status.

Parents, teachers, and pupils who participated in the programme expressed appreciation to the foundation for the gesture, describing it as timely and impactful.

They prayed for continued strength and resources for the foundation to sustain its charitable activities.

The Adebayo Adebanji Adeyokunnu Foundation has continued to play a visible role in community development and humanitarian outreach in Ijesaland, with a strong focus on love, service, and social responsibility.
