Born to the royal family of BEPO Aromolaran of Bilayiarere Ruling House of Ijesaland few decades ago, Prince Adeyemi Ademola BEPO has combined royalty, politics and education to impact the lives of young people in Ijesaland, most especially Ilesa East Local Government Area of Osun State.

According to him, next to God are his parents, Prince Ademola Adepoju and Olori Bolatito Sherifat BEPO who had shown him the only measure of a man’s richness is the number of lives he impacts in life through God’s given potentials and resources. The young mathematician has leveraged on his experiences as Students’ Union & Youth Leader to give his political participation an uncommon facelift. While many Nigerian Youths see mathematics as a difficult bone to crush, Prince BEPO took it as his favourite and despite pursuing his doctorate degree in the course, he has been mentoring youths from secondary education level to masters degree level in various tertiary institutions in the country.

After the attainment of his first degree in year 2015, he joined main Nigeria politics and contested for the seat of Ilesa East State State Constituency at Osun State House of Assembly in year 2019 under the platform of Action Democratic Party (ADP) where he became second in the general elections.

As we are preparing again for the 2027 general elections, Friends and Associates of BEPO has signified their interests to have the youthful Ijesa Prince on a ballot again, a vision that birthed Youth O’ clock movement to mark his birthday this year which started on Friday, 12th of December, 2025 at Hope 93.1FM, Ilesa with a program tagged: Campus Life, moderated by Comrade Joseph Oyelami – Super Blessing, a Nigerian Youth who is a pride of Ijesaland in the media industry. The Ijesa Prince utilized the platform to highlight his contributions to the education sector by giving scholarships to the indigent Students beyond Ijesaland, mentoring Students from secondary school level, and using politics as a tool to contribute to reviving the collapsing education sector of the country. “You cannot give what you don’t have, as a Mathematics Lecturer who actively participated in Students’ Unionism during my undergraduate days, as a home boy who was born and brought up in Isona area of Ilesa, as a Youth Leader and as a Mentor of many great Nigerian Youths, I know where the shoe pinches and that’s the major reason why my people are asking me to go back to the contest come year 2027” he said.

On Saturday, 13th of December, 2025 Youths from various areas of Ilesa East Local Government converged at Wesley Guild hospital gate, Ilesa for 200 Men walk with Honourable BEPO, the Youths started by paying homage to the Celebrant’s parents at their Isona residence before moving round some areas of Ilesa East Local Government and ended at C&S High School, Iyemogun road, Ilesa for the final match of the football competition organized in honour of the Celebrant.

The Celebrant, Hon. Adeyemi Ademola BEPO appreciated the youths who started the Walk and those who joined while on procession that turned it to 500 Men Walk. He announced his readiness to hearken to the yearnings of his lovers to have a sound representation of Ilesa East State Constituency at Osun State House of Assembly by 2027 general elections.

According to him, it is high time we ended the era of lukewarmness in the legislative arm of the government. “I have my manifesto, I live with my people, I share their pains, I am young and useful, I shall represent them well under a platform which shall be announced soon”, he said. He also used the avenue to advise the youths to flee from social vices as we celebrate this year’s Christmas and New year as he also felicitated with all Sons and Daughters of Ijesaland, most especially His Imperial Majesty, Owa Clement Adesuyi Haastrup Ajimoko III, Owa Obokun Adimula and Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland as we celebrate this year’s Iwude-ijesa festival.
