Following the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Oyebamiji as the consensus candidate of APC in the 2026 governorship election in Osun, a former Osun lawmaker, Hon Wale Adedoyin, popularly known as Eyiyato, has congratulated the APC governorship candidate, Oyebanji, on his victory, promising to work with him to ensure victory for the party in the August 8, 2026 election.
Adedoyin, a former commissioner in Osun, commended the leadership of the party at the state, and national levels, particularly the president of the country, Bola Tinubu, for stirring the affairs of the party towards a greater tomorrow.
This is contained in a statement personally signed by the former lawmaker.
Prince Adedoyin, said the time is now for all the progressives family in Osun, to come together with unity of purpose, and ensure the victory of the party in the state working towards the victory of our party in the 2026 governorship election is the collective responsibility of all, let’s party members work together with unity of purpose, to record a landslide victory’ Adedoyin said.
The grassroot politician, also lauded the spirit of sportsmanship of all the aspirants, explaining that members and supporters of the party must take a cue from the aspirants, double their efforts, and commitment, towards the victory of the party’s flag bearer, Asiwaju Bola Oyebamiji popularly known as AMBO.
Hon Adedoyin Eyiyato, also urged his supporters, and the people of Ijesa South Federal Constituency, and Ijesa at large, to vote for APC, for the actualization of the renewed hope agenda of President Bola Tinubu in Osun state.
