President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reaffirmed his commitment to working hard and praying for the peace and stability of Nigeria.
Speaking after a special Juma’ah prayer at the National Mosque in Abuja on Friday, the President expressed gratitude to God for witnessing his 73rd birthday, which falls on March 29, 2025.
Addressing reporters, Tinubu emphasized that the safety and welfare of Nigerians remain his top priorities.
“I feel good. I feel happy. I thank Almighty Allah, who has protected us and continues to answer our prayers,” he said.
“We have prayed for our country, for stability and peace, and for Almighty Allah to safeguard our people.”
The President noted that his guiding principles remain “hard work and hard prayers,” adding that the sermon at the prayer session reinforced the need for both.
“We work harder, and we pray harder. That’s the inspiration I got from today’s sermon,” he stated.
